Tampa Defense Attorney - Lawyer notes that the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Tampa will be using Surveillance Cameras to monitor an entire Hillsborough County, Florida neighborhood. According to police they will use 20 cameras to monitor the streets near the University of South Florida. According to Major J.R. Burton, speaking to the Tampa Tribune, "I hate to use the anecdote 'It's like shooting fish in a barrel,' but it is . . . ."
